CANADA GREEN,YELLOW AND RED LENTILS

Lentils are mostly produced and exported by Canada. Green lentils are one of the most widely produced and exported goods from Canada. Lentils are high in fiber, minerals, proteins, and vitamins. It is widely farmed in Canada, mostly in the province of Saskatchewan where it may thrive because of the plains' lower temperatures and healthy soil. Red, yellow and green lentils are provided for enough nourishment. Red and green lentils differ in that the former is divided into halves and does not retain their outer coating, whilst the latter are whole (unsplit) lentils that do.
