Brown sugar generated after the initial crystallization of sugar cane is known as raw brown cane sugar, also known as ICUMSA 600-1200. Compared to white sugar, raw sugar is rougher and has a brownish hue. Sugar is used in baking and cooking endeavors. Coffee and tea are sweetened with this. When fully refined, the weight of raw brown sugar from sugar cane provides roughly 70% white sugar. A sparkling white, highly refined sugar, ICUMSA 45 is safe for human consumption and can be used in a variety of cuisine preparations.
