    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
    2. A minimum of 5 to max. 8 years of experience in a digital marketing position specifically.
    3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
    4. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
    5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
    2. Identify trends and insights on all Digital Platforms like Google, facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube etc.
    3. Develop and monitor campaign budgets and allocate marketing investments.
    4. Plan, direct and manage our Company’s social media platforms marketing campaigns such as Google Ads, Social media, You Tube etc.
    5. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
    6. Optimise content for websites and social media platforms.
    7. Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts etc.
    8. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
    9. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
    10. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
    11. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
    12. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

    • Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

    • Experience in B2B will be preferred
    • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    •  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop , Illustrator, In Design).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
