Products Description

Steel tire wire scrap, also known as Tire derived steel (TDS), is a light-melting scrap produced by shredding used tires. Steel wire is utilized in the plies, beads, and belts for truck tires. The belts beneath the tread strengthen the tire casing and enhance wear efficiency and tire handling. In the early phases of recycling, the wires, which account for 10–20% of the tire, are removed. Steel is used to make the wire, which magnets can remove with ease. Early metal removal prevents further wear and tear on the machinery. The tire is fixed to the wheel via the beading wire. Beads can be transformed into shot blasting, high-tension springs, wire mesh, wire baskets, nails, and cutting instruments. This is available at very affordable prices because it is removed from tires.
