Products Description
The hulled buckwheat plant seeds are known as groats. Although the flavor of these tender white seeds is faint, it becomes delectably powerful when they are toasted or roasted. Like rice is cooked in salads, porridge, and breakfast cereals, buckwheat groats can be steam-boiled. All of the necessary amino acids are present in buckwheat's complete protein.
