Zinc Diethylphosphinate (Zdp)

Applications: Zinc Diethylphosphinate AP1060 is a kind of flame retardant specially developed and applied for polyester and nylon. It is suitable for injection molding and fiber applications. Flame retardant polyester and nylon compounds have very good physical and electrical properties. When applied to PET / PA fiber, the recommended dosage of AP1060 is 5-10%. The LOI of the flame retardant material can reach 33% when AP1060 is added 5%. AP1060 must be incorporated before the melt spinning process of PET / PA fiber compound.
