Mackerel fillet

Some of the healthiest fishes are thought to include mackerels. They are a great source of vitamin D, B2, B3, B6, and B12 as well as protein. Minerals including copper, selenium, and iodine are also abundant in their flesh. The iron and vitamin B1 content of some of these fish is also rather high. Grilled mackerel is a wonderful partner for subtle Asian flavors. Fish can be easily prepared by marinating it for an hour in soy sauce, ginger, and lemon.
