Natural Honey

Bee propolis, beneficial bee pollen, and lots of antioxidants are all found in raw honey that is harvested right from the hive. The honeybees produce honey, a sweet, golden liquid. The honeycombs that honeybees use to store their honey are little, hexagonal cups. Straight from the beehive is where raw honey is found. Raw honey is often filtered by honey producers to remove as many contaminants as possible, although some frequently linger. Honey raises blood sugar levels in the same way as other carbohydrates, but its antioxidant content may help avoid metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. Comparing honey with table sugar, there may be little benefit for honey in terms of blood sugar regulation.
