Fenugreek

Fenugreek is used as a flavor in food, drink, tobacco, and spice blends. Additionally, soaps and cosmetics use fenugreek extracts. Fenugreek has long been used to treat diabetes and boost milk production in nursing mothers in North Africa, Asia, and southern Europe. Weight loss can be aided by drinking warm water mixed with fenugreek seeds first thing in the morning. Fenugreek washes out dangerous poisons and is rich in fiber and antioxidants.
