How do I distinguish a Propolis Softgel Capsules listing from general health supplements in the Medical & HealthCare branch?

You must check for specific potency data and excipient lists that are unique to softgel formulations. General supplements often lack this level of detail. The listing should specify the source of the propolis and the extraction method used. Without this, you cannot verify the bioactive compound levels required for your market.

What specification separates Herb Bright Face Oil Licorice & Kakadu Plum from other facial oils in the same branch?

Look for the concentration of Kakadu plum extract, which determines the vitamin C content. The oil base type, such as jojoba or argan, is also critical for stability and shelf life. Sellers often omit the exact percentage of active ingredients, so you must ask for the formulation breakdown before proceeding.

Why does a quote for Herb Refresh Face Toner Rose & Calendula often lack pH balance data?

Sellers in this broad category frequently list the botanical ingredients but omit the final pH value. This number is essential for ensuring the toner is safe for skin application. Without it, the product may not meet cosmetic safety standards in your destination market. Request the full formulation sheet to get this detail.

What packing difference exists between Herb Glow face Serum with Saffron & Rose and standard liquid cosmetics?

Serums like this one often require light-resistant packaging to protect the saffron and rose extracts from degradation. The listing should specify whether the bottle is amber or opaque. Standard cosmetics might use clear glass, which would compromise the active ingredients in this specific serum. Verify the packaging material in the sub-branch details.

What goes wrong if I source automobile parts under the Fitness Equipment & Sports Goods branch?

You will receive quotes for gym weights or racks instead of mechanical components. The inspection criteria for heavy metal assemblies differ entirely from those for vehicle parts. This mismatch leads to incorrect freight calculations and rejected shipments at the destination port. Always confirm the HS code aligns with the correct sub-branch.

How does packing for Paper & Paper Products differ from the other branches in New Zealand Miscellaneous?

Paper products require moisture-proof wrapping and palletization to prevent damage during sea freight. The other branches handle medical devices, auto parts, or fitness gear, which have completely different packing needs. You must ensure the seller uses corrugated cardboard and stretch wrap for paper items to avoid water damage.

What data is missing from a general Medical & HealthCare listing that prevents a valid quote?

Most broad listings omit the sterilization method and shelf life remaining on the batch. These details are critical for regulatory compliance and inventory planning. Without them, you cannot calculate the true landed cost or ensure the goods meet your local health authority requirements. Ask the seller for the batch certificate before quoting.
