Overview: Zro-45 polishing lubricant oil is surface treatment material composed by a special vegetable oil , machine oil and anti-rust agent, anti-friction agent and nano-materials. It can improve the anti-rust performance and smoothness of welding. Due to the presence of nano-materials , it also has excellent performance for copper coated wire. Performance: Form: pale yellow oily liquid specific gravity: 0.91 (20 ?) Viscosity: 40cst (40 ?) ph value: 6.7 moisture: 0.3 max Application: It can be used for all drawing passes and will form thin film under in a bad cooling conditionn, it may appear coke, drawing speed of crude rough is 100 ~ 200m / min, while the small size of the drawing speeds is up to720 ~ 800m / min, the film is easy to clean. 1.
