Neuron Max (PENUMBRA)

The Neuron MAX® 088 is a neurovascular device that provides MAX support for the most cutting-edge therapeutic choices available today. The successful administration of contemporary neuroendovascular therapy devices for a variety of disease conditions is made possible by the long guiding sheaths that crucially sustain intracranial catheters through distal circulation. The Guiding Sheath is made to serve as both an introducer sheath and a guiding catheter. The destination is made to be used for inserting interventional and diagnostic tools into the human vascular system, including but not limited to the carotid arteries, lower limbs, and renal arteries. A guiding catheter and an introducer sheath can both be used with the guiding sheath. The human vasculature, including but not limited to the lower limbs, renal arteries, and carotid arteries, is the intended target for the introduction of interventional and diagnostic devices using the Destination. These lengthy sheaths are designed for percutaneous insertion into a blood vessel during interventional surgery, guiding angiographic catheters, guiding catheters, balloon catheters, and other similar catheters into arteries and veins.
