Does the unit of sale in the listing match my calculation needs?

The unit of sale is a critical variable that sellers often type differently. One row might list tons while another lists metric tonnes or liters. You must verify the unit of sale against your procurement requirements before calculating the total cost. Mismatched units lead to significant errors in budgeting and ordering quantities for Fuel & Energy Resources.

What happens if the order minimum is higher than my initial need?

The order minimum is a hard constraint set by the seller's logistics or production cycle. You cannot usually negotiate this down for Fuel & Energy Resources in the Miscellaneous category. If your initial requirement is smaller, you may need to consolidate with other buyers or accept a higher per-unit price for a smaller batch.

Which document must accompany Diesel shipments from Portugal to my destination?

The required document varies entirely by the destination country's regulations for Diesel. You must confirm the specific safety data sheet, certificate of analysis, or customs declaration format with your clearing agent. Relying on the seller's standard documentation is risky because their default may not meet your local legal requirements for Fuel & Energy Resources.

Does the posting date reflect current Phoenix brand inventory?

The posting date is the only indicator of whether the Phoenix brand listing is still active. Since inventory is thin, an old date suggests the specific batch is gone. You must treat the date as a validity check for Fuel & Energy Resources availability, not just a timestamp of when the seller first listed the item.

Who pays for inland haulage of Ankara brand goods under FOB?

Under FOB terms, the seller delivers the goods to the port, but the buyer pays for the main carriage. For Portuguese LNG or refined products, the seller typically covers transport to the port terminal under common Incoterms like FOB. You must check the exact incoterm definition in the quote to see who pays for the trucking from the Ankara facility.

How does the incoterm change the total price for Indonesian Coal?

The incoterm determines which costs are included in the base price. CIF includes freight and insurance, while FOB excludes them. You must add your own freight costs to the FOB price to compare accurately. This distinction is vital for Fuel & Energy Resources where shipping costs fluctuate daily.

What distinguishes a Petrol row from a Diesel Fuel row?

The distinction lies in the chemical specification and the end-use engine type. Petrol requires different octane ratings while Diesel requires specific cetane numbers and sulfur limits. You must check the exact specification field to ensure the product matches your engine or boiler requirements. Confusing these leads to equipment damage and failed inspections.
