Once cooked, the rice grains swell only length wise and are free flowing compared to other rice grades. These rice grains are highly preferred in hotels, homes and restaurants for their fragrance, length and taste. After cooking the length of all grains becomes almost double & it comes out to be non sticky & separate from each other.
