Soy is a protein-oriented food that may be eaten multiple times per week There are several ways to eat soybeans. Unfermented and fermented dishes prepared from soybeans can be distinguished. Tofu, soymilk, edamame, soy nuts, and sprouts are examples of non-fermented foods, whereas miso, tempeh, natto, and soy sauce are examples of fermented soy products.
