The speed of transmission belt, plastic roller and electrical light roller can be adjusted by separated motor and frequency inverter, so the paint gloos and film thickness can be controlled more sophisticatedly. 3. The coating roller adopts quick-assemble structure, easy to install, with high precision. The height is shown on the counter, it can be adjusted very accurately and conveniently according to the boards with different thickness. 4. The machine equipped with imported scraper, and angle of scraper can be adjusted by worm reducer. The distance between smooth roller and PU roller can be adjusted by worm shaft. 5. Equipped with five frequency inverters or PLC, which can be used by each head separately, operation is more accurately.
