PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing Description: 1. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing is pure PTFE yarn braided packing incorporated with pure 100% Dupont's Kevlar yarn throughout the four corners. 2. This structure enhances the lubricating ability of Aramid and reinforced the strength of the pure PTFE packing. Good silding properties and thermal conductivity. 3. Every fiber is impregnated with PTFE emulsion. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE. 4. The fibers are saturated and sealed with PTFE particles, protecting the fibers from chemical action. To assure good break-in characteristics, a special high temperature synthetic lubricant is added. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing Application Areas: 1. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing can be used in piston pumps, valves, pulp, paper, waste water treatment, petrochemical, and other general industrial applications. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing Application Media: 1. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing is suitable for oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis'. Abrasive media like sand, slurry, sewage, brine and etc. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing Not Suitable For: 1. PTFE Kevlar Fiber Gland Packing isn't suitable for concentrated acids and lye, alkali metals, fluorine and fluorine compounds at high temperatures.
