FRP Rebar is a new kind of composite material, which is glass fiber as reinforcement material, combines with epoxy (resin) and curing agent, then through pultrusion molding process. Fiberglass imparts the strength of the rod, while resin imparts excellent corrosion resistance to harsh chemical and alkaline environments. The products are widely used in construction, transportation industry, coal mine tunnel, parking structures,half coal roadway, slope support, subway tunnel, rock surface anchoring, seawall and dam etc. Main Features Corrosion Resistance: The base materials used by the bolt are durable materials, and they are molded through the composite process. The life span is up to 100 years. High Tensile Strength: The load is approximately double that of a steel bar with the same diameter; Light Weight: The weight is only 1/4 that of a steel bar with the same diameter.Therefore, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the transportation cost is reduced at the same time; Anti-static: It has no electrical conductivity, and no sparks will be produced when being cut. It is particularly suitable for high gas zones. The GFRP rockbolt is a fully threaded rodmade of glass fiber and reinforced resin with filling materials such as curingagent and flame retardant, and processed by pultrusion, winding and otherprocesses. The supporting tray nut is the GFRP rockbolt. It is mainly used forthe support of coal mine rock tunnels, semi-coal rock tunnels, coal walls,surrounding rock faces, slope anchoring and other underground projects.
