Tufflex as a problem solving screen media, designed to reduce screen wear, pegging, blinding, dust, noise and screen installation issues. However, for high volume production facilities, hi-tensile screens can restrict output, are short-lived and can be costly and cumbersome to change. Tufflex addresses all of these important issues. Tufflex can be rolled up and thrown on a shoulder without the fear of sharp edges or having to take two operators. Tufflex is also quieter when in operation, which can be very important if the quarry is in a built-up area. The performance is different from traditional wire, rubber and poly screens due to a combination of the poly/wire construction and the fully/partially weld features.
