ORGANIC OAT FLOUR Oat flour or oat meal is rich in folic acid, potassium, magnesium and fibre. It may be consumed with milk or yoghurt. It has a higher fat content when compared with the other cereals, so attention must be given to the amount of consumption when on a special diet. Organic Oat Flour is a healthier and a suitable replacement for wheat flour.
