A gate valve is a valve that opens by lifting a round or rectangular gate out of the path of the fluid. The distinct feature of a gate valve is the sealing surfaces between the gate and seats are planar, so gate valves are often used when a straight-line flow of fluid and minimum restriction is preferred. Gate Valves are Bolted Bonnet, Rising Spindle, Outside Screw & Yoke Type construction. These Gate valves are available with Solid wedge, Flexible wedge, Split wedge, and Parallel sliding wedge designs offer maximum flexibility and option available to customer for their suitable selection. We offer extra long, extended bonnet Gate valve for special services. Antifriction thrust bearing is provided in yoke sleeve for higher sizes and classes.
