Black Pepper

Black pepper is a spice that comes from the seeds of a pepper plant which is dried and ground into powder. The spicy taste of pepper, is used to add flavor to the cuisine, because pepper has a spicy taste and distinctive aroma. The difference between black pepper and white pepper, is the darker color, stronger aroma and spicy taste that tends to be bitter. There are even some types of food menus that use black pepper as the main spice that dominates because of its distinctive taste, although it must still be combined with other seasoning concoctions, because black pepper actually has a bitter taste. Although only as a spice in cooking, it turns out black pepper also has properties that are useful for your body.
