Storage and processing are carried out in Espirito Santos and Minas Gerais . In Esparito Santo, Conilon and Arabica coffees are machined separately. In Minas Gerais, batch machining and standardization are carried out for Arabica coffee. Arabica coffee is the most cultivated coffee in Brazil and is grown in many regions of the country. It's a woody plant that produces oval-shaped fruits that contain coffee beans. Arabica coffee varieties in Brazil include Bourbon, CatuaÂ, Mundo Novo, and Topazio. The Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais produces coffee with intense aromas and a long-lasting chocolate flavor.
