Free radical crosslinking is carried out during vulcanization process. It has high crosslinking density for rubber products, and no irritating odor is emitted during crosslinking process. It does not pollute the environment. Suitable vulcanization methods are: moulding vulcanization, steam tank vulcanization, high temperature continuous vulcanization. Properties: insoluble in water, partly soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and other organic solvents. Density: 1.63 g/mL at 25 degrees C (lit.) Under the same crosslinking effect, the addition amount is about 2/3 of DCP. There is no irritating odor in the process of operation and the products made. Especially suitable for indoor soft wire insulation cross-linking and EVA foam products, such as high-voltage rubber hose, air conditioning rubber cable, EVA foam toys, etc. Storage: Keep in a sealed, cool and sealed condition.
