Our Company began its work in the autumn of 1999, when we started processing PET waste. Our assets then were one crusher, perseverance and hard work of the team, as well as faith in our workand in our abilities. Now the main plant includes 1000 sq.m. of production area, 2000 sq.m. of storage space, staff of 40 people and processing of more than 250 tons of PET per month In 2015, we started a project for the production of 3D filaments. As it is a promising and innovative field with great potential, it seemed interesting to us, since its implementation requires constant creative approach. This is a field where one can create something new - something that no one else has done before. That is truly inspiring! Now we produce not only ourown filament from the finished material, but also some of the materials(compounds) from which it is made, as well as master batches of dyes for polymers traditional in the FDM sphere, additives for this industry, and coils for winding rods. We import polymers for our needs from Europe and Asia. We have our own laboratory at disposal, where we test our materials for breaking and bending, measure the melt flow, and test them in a heat chamber. MISSION We see our mission in the creation of special materials for FDM printing - primarily for engineering,which, we hope, will be applied more and more, and we consider 3D printing as asolution for applied tasks. PRODUCTION We produce a complete list ofmaterials and items related to 3D printing: filaments for FDM printers, dye masterbatches, processing additives and coils for plastic winding. The filaments are intended for printing, masterbatches of dyes and additives for polymers traditional in this field, and compounds - for the production of consumables for FDM printers. Filaments We conventionally divide our filaments into several categories: Geek Fillament – this brand produces affordable traditional plastics for a wide range of consumers. HP (HIGH PERFORMANCE) is also a line of traditional materials, but with better performance. These materials are easier to print, they show less shrinkage, have better post-printing properties. HP ART is a line of materials with special visual qualities. For the most part, these are PLAs filled with powders of metals, nacre, wood and carbon fiber. Engineering plastics arerepresented by cleanand carbon-filled nylon,modernized polymers, electro-conductive and electro dessication materials. The 'Flake' family is represented by several types of softpolymers, engineering, medical-cosmetic and General application. All other items are intendedfor manufacturers of 3D filaments.
