Sierra Coffe Indonesia is based in Indonesia and offers Green Coffee Beans (Arabica Wine Prau) and Green Coffee Beans (Java Robusta). The Arabica Wine Prau beans are grown on the slopes of Mount Sindoro Sumbing Prau at 1200-1300 Masl in Temanggung, Central Java, with a mix of varieties, dry/wet processing, 12,5% Max moisture, and cupping notes of wine and floral hints, medium body, sweet and slight sour flavors. The Java Robusta beans come from the same region at 900-1200 Masl, featuring smaller bean size, low caffeine, dry/wet processing, 12,5% Max moisture, and cupping notes of spice hints, thick body, and medium acidity.
