We are pleased to inform you that the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is organizing India Pavilion at 40th Edition of ALIMENTARIA (International Exhibition Food, Drinks and Food Services), in Barcelona, Spain to be held from 18 - 21 March, 2024.
Spain is one of the important and prospective Markets for India in the European Union. Bilateral trade between India and Spain reached 7.66 US$ billion in 2022-23, growing by 16.47% over a similar period a year ago.
ALIMENTARIA was established in 1976, marking its 40th Anniversary. Alimentaria is held once every 2 years in Barcelona, Spain. The fair plays a pivotal role in the F&B industry. It is also among the largest international food and drink trade or a global trade.
During the 4 days of Alimentaria, more than 4000 top-level exhibitors from 78 countries launch new product lines and display highly specialized offerings and innovations. Over 140,500 professional visitors from 157 nations (32% internationals) take part in the expo, actively looking for business opportunities in foreign markets, including America, Asia, and the Middle East.
The Alimentaria & HOSTELCO platform gives both shows a unique differential positioning, second to none in the trade fair world. It is the largest international event for the food, gastronomy, and hospitality equipment industry that offers the market the most complete offering across the whole spectrum for the HORECA channel, including the entire postharvest chain including food processing, warehousing, logistics.
In 2022 - Alimentaria - HOSTELCO was a successful alliance. The platform has brought together over 3,000 exhibiting companies from 57 countries, 29% international, attracting a total of 100,000 visitors, 23% international, representing 150 different nationalities. These numbers attest to the success of a platform that’s driving business, internationalization, and networking, and cements its place as a global leader in the INDUSTRY.

Participation Fees include Standard built up stall of 9 Sq Mtrs & 6 Sq.Mtrs having one table, three chairs, stand light with the company name displayed on it and basic electrical fittings, dustbin
Please Note: This fee does not include sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth to be borne by the companies,
Corner booth charges: 10000/- INR subject to availability.
FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants and an invitation letter from the organizer (Only 2 persons per company for regular employees with extensive travel history)
The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
Interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form(s) enclosed along with the complete participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made only by Cheque/Demand Draft in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi latest by 31st January 2024. It may be informed that we have limited stalls and preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and on receipt of full participation fee.
