About the Show:
MCE is the unique marketplace and the global event where in the HVAC+R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning + Refrigeration) and energy efficiency sectors gather and showcase the latest technologies, solutions and systems for smart building in commercial, industrial and domestic residential sectors. The show is also the biggest platform of the region in the above mentioned sectors.

Participation Charges (Highly Subsidized):
The event is approved under the Market Access initiative (MAI) scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. After taking into consideration the assistance from Ministry and FIEO’s contribution, the participation charges will be:
9 Sqm booth (Shell Scheme) = INR 1,90,000/- and
for FIEO Members it is Rs.1,80,000/-
Participation Fees includes Standard built up stall of 9 Square Meters having
Information Counter, Three Chairs (One Reception Chair), one Discussion table, Three Spotlights, Electric Socket, Carpeted Floor, Fascia
Please Note: This fee does not include airfare, hotel expenditure, sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies
*INR 20,000/-extra for Corner Stall
Airfare Subsidy:
Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event (Only one Person Per Company i.e. only to Director, Proprietor, Partner, regular officer of the company on senior managerial Position will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement).
Visa:
FIEO will issue the visa recommendation letter to the participants. (Only 2 persons per company)
Refund Policy:
The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
As we have a limited number of booths, interested members are requested to kindly send us their confirmation as per the Registration Form enclosed along with the participation fee (Non-Refundable). The payment may be made by Cheque/Demand Draft in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations payable at New Delhi. As, we have limited stalls preference will be given on the basis of first-cum-first- served basis and on receipt of full participation fee. FIEO reserves the right to select the participants.
