Healthcare IT systems are evolving as a result of the current shift to more individualised care and long-term managed care pathways. However, this modification might not go as planned. The priority of businesses is the basis for conventional IT discussions about healthcare infrastructure, databases, applications, and user training. A turning point in the healthcare sector has been CoVID-19. The pandemic exposed the healthcare eco-systems of even the most developed economies over the past year, cost millions of lives worldwide, and changed what is considered "normal" in society. A multi-stakeholder approach to healthcare is now necessary, and people's levels of self-awareness have increased as a result. Overall, CoVID-19 has pushed the boundaries of how the healthcare system should be rethought.
