Zgb(zj) Series Slurry Pump

ZGB(ZJ) SERIES SLURRY PUMP Tailing Slurry Pump1.2 Coal Ash Slurry Pump To meet the power plant, metallurgical and coal industry development needs for the ash and slag and slurry transport characteristics of working conditions, with many years of experience in designing and manufacturing slurry pumps. Hebei Jishiyu Pump Co.,Ltd. designed and developed our latest generation of high flow, high head, can be multi-stage series of ZGB (ZJ) series slurry pump. The TAILING SLURRY PUMP main technical features are as follows: 1. The use of modern CAD design, hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate; 2. Spacious flow, anti-clogging performance, cavitation performance; 3. The use of pay plus filler combined impeller and mechanical seal seal to ensure no leakage of slurry; 4. Reliability design, ensure the machine mean time between failures (MTBF) increased significantly; 5. Metric bearings lubricated with thin oil, a reasonable set of lubrication and cooling system to ensure that the bearing operating at low temperatures; 6. Wet parts using special materials, wear and corrosion resistant; specially treated for water and salt water ash and electrochemical corrosion conditions; 7. Allows the pressure in the range, you can use multi-level series, the maximum allowable working pressure of 3.6Mpa. The series pump for Coal mine product has reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance, etc., widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical industry conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries, particularly in electricity plant ash. The main product slurry pump is of 20 series, 80 varieties and more than 400 specifications, such as slurry pump, tailing slurry pump, sand gravel pump and dredge pump all can we product.
