Wedge Wire Resin Trap Filter For Sale By Bluslot

Our resin trap filters can protect you from loss. Gradual loss of resin can go unnoticed, or it can be the disaster of accidentally delivering large amounts of resin to the production line. Bluslot's resin trap filter screen is designed and manufactured to meet your specific needs. Our flexibility in design creates many options. Customized services for various material products can be provided. Resin trap filter is used to install on existing and new filter bodies. To trap media and resin to prevent loss and prevent them from moving downstream. One end of the Resin trap filter is sealed by a stainless steel plate, and the other side has a flange. This design facilitates installation on equipment. It has continuous grooves and smooth surfaces. Resin collectors are usually made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to avoid problems that often lead to accelerated corrosion. Johnson Wedge Wire Resin Trap Filter For Condensed Water Condensed water is radiant cooling on the surface of a surface or object, and condensed water on the surface of an object. Also in the industrial production process, the water is steam-cooled. In nuclear electric or pyroelectric condensed water treatment system, demand use resin trap. Resin particles that can be used and collected along with the water supply. After completing the use of the resin trap, use a specific cleaning device to clean it. Currently universally used resin trap strainer is a good finished work. Comprehensive main problems: Easy to stagnate, easy to rot, short service life. Our resin trap filter adopts special surface treatment process, more corrosion resistant. Possible to increase 35% service life. Resin Trap Filter For Wastewater Treatment Ion Exchange When using resin for online wastewater treatment, when the quality of the resin is poor (not strong enough), the water pressure disturbance is large (especially high pressure disturbance), and the resin cylinder wall is damaged, the resin will enter the entire water system. It will affect the normal operation of other equipment in the system, so a resin trap filter needs to be installed. The resin trap is mainly to install a filter screen with a pore size much smaller than that of the resin on the water system pipeline near the outlet of the ion exchanger and other equipment equipped with resin, and has a flushing function. When the resin passes, it can be intercepted and captured by the filter. At the same time, it is automatically rinsed through the differential pressure of the front and rear to discharge the captured resin out of the system. When using a filter to treat wastewater containing ion exchange resins (such as photovoltaic wastewater after ion adsorption), the filter may not completely treat the ion exchange resin or leak out. It will affect the normal operation of the subsequent equipment, cause the water terminal to contain ion exchange resin, and reduce the cleanliness of the water.
