Application Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes and / or fittings made of PE,PP, and PVDF in worksite or workshop. Features Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with high accurate temperature control system; Electrical planning tool with safety limit switch to avoid starting unexpectedly.(optional) Be made of lightweight and high strength material; Specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45° Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes. Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily. Separate two-channel timer shows time in soaking and cooling phases. Give a alarm when timing over. High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer readings.
