It is directly scanned by 830nm laser controlled by computer and put on press for printing after developing. The formulation designed by our own intellectual property and the unique manufacturing process. Model: TP-II Type: Positive 1. Thickness of aluminum base: 0.30mm 2. Application: High-quality commercial color printing 3. Specification: Sensitivity: 120-140mj/cm�²; Dot reproduction: 1-99% (200lpi); Safe operation in fluorescent light: 8 hours; Run length before baking: more than 100,000; after baking: 200,000+ 4. Recommended platesetter: Infrared laser thermal platesetter with 830nm 5.Storage and Unpacking a) Light and heat can cause the thermal CTP plate to chemical change easily; Recommended condition Temp: 15-26 centigrade, RH less than 65%. b) Unpacking the outer package should be in yellow light or room light; the recommended plate-making room light should be yellow. c) Carrying plate gently; avoiding striking, folding and falling. d) Palletizing height: less than 1.2m. 7.
