The TBFX Series Pressure Independence Control Valve (larger sizes) also combines electric adjustment, pressure independence, and static balancing with a straight-travel plug disc for lower torque. It features adjustable Kvs for maximum flow control and a large range of differential pressure control and flow control precision, and is used in AHU systems.

Design standard is Q/IBP, threaded standard follows EN 10226.1-10226.2 and ISO228, and face-to-face standard is BS EN558-1. Technical data covers nominal diameters DN65 to DN150 (2-1/2" to 6"), nominal pressure PN16, and temperature range -5°C to 85°C. Sealing test is 1.1PN and shell test is 1.5PN. The actuator runs on AC24V. Power consumption is 4.2VA for DN65-100 and 10.6VA for DN125-150. Cut-off force is 850N for DN65-100 and 2200N for DN125-150. Maximum stroke is 20mm for DN65-100 and 30mm for DN125-150.
