This peeling machine is the main equipment for plywood production, which is used for peeling the remaining wood core of the rotary cutting machine and the peeling veneer with small diameter wood. The wood core less than 500mm can be rotated into 0.5-3.0mm veneer of different thickness to improve the utilization rate of wood. Adopt advanced servo technology to control, so that its rotary peeling precision is similar to the rotary peeling machine with clamp shaft, convenient for matching use. The machine is mainly composed of frame, double roller system, single roller system, tool rest, transmission system, electrical system and so on. There is chuck for clamping the wood segment and making it rotate in the shaftless rotary cutting machine. The rotating motion of the wood section is driven by friction roller or toothed roller on the outer circumference of the wood section.
