LYSI-04N is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight active ingredient dispersed in HDPE. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic. Features: Improving the processing performance, less extruder torque, reduced equipment wear, better mold filling and reduce product defect rate Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, gloss, enhance the surface silk texture, scratch and abrasion resistance. Enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improve the impact strength . Good stability, non-migratory and surface without precipitation. Applications: (1) Silicone core pipe / Optic fiber duct / PLB HDPE pipe (2) Large diameter pipe (3) Packaging boxes, bottles ( to improve the surface smoothness ) (4) PE plastic sheets How to use Addition levels between 1.5~5.0% are suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with neat polymer compounds is recommended . Package 25Kg / bag , craft paper bag Storage Transport as non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool , well ventilated place . Shelf life Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months , if kept in recommend storage.
