The Sewer Lateral Cleaning Launcher cleans laterals from the mainline sewer without requiring a cleanout. It removes roots, grease, and other buildup up to 50 feet from the connection. The launcher guides a 1/2-inch or 3/8-inch hose and nozzle into the lateral connection. It is winched in tandem with a CCTV camera and uses a 0-90 VDC motor to rotate the guiding arm and nozzle. A typical multiconductor cable is required. With the pump running, back jets propel the nozzle and hose into the lateral for cleaning. A version for 6-inch (150 mm) mainline with a 0-24 VDC motor is also available. Construction is stainless steel and aluminum with an industry-standard 4-pin male connector for multiconductor camera cable. The guiding arm is replaceable, and an optional control panel for motor rotation is offered. The main assembly suits 8- to 18-inch mainlines; other sizes are available through the sales department.
