Built in 2008 and available immediately, the line includes an automatic sheet feeder, handle patch making and attaching units, tube forming and feeding units, bottom-forming unit and delivery unit.

Handle centre distance (bag width plus bottom width) must be 285–510 mm. Sheet size with handles is 1,050 mm wide x 600 mm long; without handles 1,050 mm x 600 mm at 80–120 g/m². Handles use acetic acid vinyl glue sealing, patch width approximately 190.5 mm, fixed patch cutting length 50 mm, patch paper 100–120 g/m², roll diameter up to 1,000 mm on two stands with 76 mm core ID, handle height 170 mm including 50 mm patch width, and twisted paper or PP rope with adequate rigidity. Mechanical speed is up to 70 bags/min for bags with handles, varying with paper quality, basis weight, print accuracy and bag formation.
