The chain fastener of the scraper or the chain fastener of the transfer machine is divided into manual chain fastener and hydraulic chain fastener. By applying certain pre-tightening force to the chain of the scraper, the scraper conveyor can operate safely. When tightening the chain, fix one end of the chain scraper on the side plate of the nose frame or chain chute, and bypass the other end of the chain wheel of the head to make the chain wheel reverse, and then the chain scraper is strained. When the chain tension of the chain scraper is appropriate, the chain scraper will brake to prevent the chain of the chain scraper back loose. After the two chain heads are connected, the chain scraper will remove the brake. The hydraulic chain controller is composed of two parts: the gearbox and the hydraulic control system. It is installed on the connecting cover barrel between the main engine reducer and the motor. When adjusting the hydraulic control valve set during installation, please note: 1. Carefully observe the pressure gauge when adjusting the hydraulic control valve group. As soon as the pressure gauge is out of range, cut off the pressure source quickly to prevent damage to the gauge. 2. The adjustment should be patient and meticulous, and the recommended amount of each adjustment should not exceed 0.5mpa. 3. The hydraulic control valve set should be handled with care to prevent knocking and scratching the anti-rust layer. 4. After adjustment, lock the handle of the pressure reducing valve.
