The machine features a reinforced 16mm plate-body thickness, G22 steel cast-iron bearings, vibration rubbers under bearing slides made from special strong rubber, and sustained tense Poly V belts via a self-tension pulley system. It includes a reinforced slide system for easy maintenance and roll changing, a motor drive mechanism operated by sensor according to product density, and a manually adjustable feeding roll system. Additional features are removable side hatches and complete convertible lift gates for easy maintenance and cleaning, special compressed pulleys for easy assembling and disassembling, roll surface cleaning by guarded and hermetically sealed brush, product inlet point aspiration system, protection system by sensor against filled bottom hopper, epoxy-painted product contact surfaces and inner sides (with aluminum and SS available on request), manual rotational system for roll adjustment, ZKL bearings, MAG pneumatic system, and design according to CE standards for minimum noise and vibration.
