PET masterbatch

Silicone masterbatch lysi-08 is our new product which dispersed in pet with ultra-high molecular weight (uhmw) silicone content. Compared with traditional silicone additives, processing and weighing are more convenient, improving the appearance and surface properties are more obvious and the impact on the printing and coating are much smaller. Including lubricity, lower coefficient of fraction, better abrasion and scratch resistance. Reduce the surface energy consumption, improve the hydrophobic and anti-sticky properties. Application examples For bopet film with excellent smoothness under high temperature, and do not precipitate. How to use: Lysi-08 mixed with pet equally. Drying it under 110-150f¦ before use. Or dried lysi-08 mixed with dried pet equally first, than extrusion or molding. Packaging and storage The product is a non-dangerous good, paper bag, 25kg/bag, avoid high temperature and rain when storage.
