Organic Dry Ginger

Dried ginger is the dehydrated form of ginger that has undergone a drying process. Ginger turns pale-white when dried. The unpeeled dried ginger is called Brown Ginger whereas the peeled dried ginger is called Light Ginger. Being aromatic and pungent, ginger enhances distinctive flavors to several food products and has been used as a primary ingredient in Asian cuisines for centuries. It assists in balancing Vata and Kapha doshas and increases Pitta dosha, It is usually taken in the form of kadha or churan due to its healing nature. Dry ginger aids in digestion improves appetite, soothes stomach woes and keeps up respiratory system health and joint health.
