Orange segment Our company is located at somewhere in Egypt where a huge plant was established mainly for producing Canned Food. Our factory is an extended project for our main industry which is growing, sorting, packing fresh produce citrus products to serve the international food and beverage market. Our products are distributed worldwide and always in great demand. Therefore, we decided to utilize our experience to build a huge and splendid factory; very well-organized to produce safe and hygienic food to serve all the international food markets. Our factory is high-tech project where the latest machinery equipments were implemented and very strict system was applied. Our factory infrastructure and buildings designs were established according to FDA regulations and the food processing too. All our strict regulations were to secure producing safe food as we secure: No human interference in the production phase; the product is untouchable until it's packed in the can. The utmost cleanness of all workers and staff working in the plant. There are firm rules for entrance and exit for ensuring the cleanness. All workers must take shower, wear special clothes, change their shoesaetc. The building is tightly closed for not communicating with the outer atmosphere even the fresh air is being filtered. The production phases implemented are very unique to get also unique products. it takes many pages if I'd like to explain what exactly happening. Products Development: Due to our past experience in citrus production and as we have our own farms where our products are cultivated very carefully, we are able to get high-quality products to be our raw materials. Also our pack house enables us to wash and grade the products to get different segments sizes. We are currently producing Orange Segment, Grapefruit Segment which is ready for consumption.
