This leaves-extract along with the water is led into another tank of similar dimensions and oxidized by agitating the green water by kicking with the legs. This manual process continues for about 1 hour to one and a half hour, By then, the green leaf extract turns blue in color and thickens noticeably. This thick Gravy is transferred into a copper vessel and boiled at a high temperature for one hour. then it is poured into molds.
