1. 001-9802 surface resistance / resistivity meter is designed according to ANSI / ESD S20.20, IEC61340-5-1, JESD 625-B, CECC, ASTM & UL test rules. It is used to measure all conductive, anti-static and dissipative material s resistivity and ground resistance. It is easy to use and has high reliability. Applications include engineering, maintenance, quality control, incoming inspection, manufacturing and training. 2. Measuring resistance: 10e3 -10e12 3. Surface resistivity: 10e3 -10e12 4. Measuring temperature range: 32 F-100nF ( 0C-37.8 C ) 5. Measuring humidity range: 10% -90% RH ( above 65% RH will affect the instrument measuring accuracy ) 6. Display mode: LCD display 7. Two-stage test voltage: 10V ( the measured resistance is less than 10e6 ) / 100V ( the measured resistance is 10e6 ) 8. AC adapter: input voltage -120V/AC or 220V/AC, output voltage -9V/DC 9. Power supply: DC or battery power supply, both are common used in US and overseas countries ( Note: External power supply and battery power supply cannot be used at the same time ) 10. 2.27 kg0.06 kg ( 5 lbs 2 ounces ) cylindrical electrodes with two conductive contact surfaces with a diameter of 63.5 mm 25 mm ( 2.5 inches 1 inches ). 11.
