KDD®MR1739 is an organic binder designed for the sintering process. Compared to traditional PVB sintering resin, KDD®MR1739 boasts a lower shrinkage rate and requires a significantly lower sintering temperature—specifically, Physical properties: Product Description: Modified Polymer Solid content (±2%): 50 Viscosity cps/25℃: 5000–10,000 Acid value: 3–8 mg KOH/g Appearance: Transparent to slightly milky pale yellow liquid Solvents: Alcohols, ethers Features: • Alcohol-soluble resins exhibit excellent affinity and wettability toward inorganic and metal powders. • Excellent workability • Excellent alcohol solubility and broad compatibility • Low odor • Calcination leaves no residue, no trace Applications: • Electronic paste • Thick-film paste • Ceramic slurry Solubility: KDD®MR1739 is soluble in solvents such as terpineol, benzyl alcohol, and other alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, and aromatics. Before use, please first test the resin's stability in the solvent and assess the solvent's impact on the paint film.
