k9 Dove Prism Right Angle Roof Prism

Hanzhong Brisun Optics Co., Ltd. Is the high High precision optical element manufacturer provides customized production of Various optical lenses, including spherical lens, cylindrical lens, optical window, mirror, prism, filter, metal base mirror and other high-precision optical elements. The base materials include various optical glass, fused quartz, calcium fluoride (CaF2), zinc selenide (ZnSe), germanium (GE), silicon (SI), sapphire, metal and other materials. And provide antireflective film, high reflection film, spectroscopic film, metal film and other optical coatings. Prism is an optical element that turns the light according to the specific angle between the outgoing light and the incident light. In the optical path, the prism can change the angle between the outgoing light and the incident light (such as 90 °, 180 °, etc.), offset the light and change the image direction. Prisms are widely used in laser research, laser optical system, optical imaging, machine vision, life science, biomedicine and other fields or products. Borisun optics can provide various prisms in stock standards, such as K9 standard precision right angle prism, K9 high precision right angle prism, UV fused quartz standard precision right angle prism, UV fused quartz high precision right angle prism, K9 pentagonal prism, K9 Dawei prism, K9 ridge prism, K9 angle reflector (K9 pyramid prism), UV fused quartz angle reflector (UV fused quartz pyramid prism), wedge prism, etc. While providing various prism standards, we can also provide you with prism customization services according to your actual needs, such as the change of prism size, the improvement of parameter indicators, the change of coating requirements, etc. Welcome your inquiry and we will serve you wholeheartedly Technical parameters: Material: optical glass, H-K9L (N-BK7), quartz Radius of curvature: ± 1mm - ± 50000mm ± 1% Outer circle: 3mm-500mm ± 0.1mm Center thickness tolerance: ± 0.05mm (we can process to ± 0.01mm with high precision) Center deviation: 3²(we can process to 30 ³with high precision) Surface accuracy:/ 8 (high precision, we can process to 1 / 10») Surface quality: 60/40 (we can process to 10-5 with high precision) Effective caliber: 90% Coating: according to the customer requirements In addition, we have thousands of kinds of stock, such as quartz plano convex lens, quartz plano concave lens, quartz biconvex lens, quartz biconvex lens, cylindrical lens, prism, filters, windows, beamsplitter and so on.
