Product characteristics: Super soft, fluffy, durable, hydrophilic and stable, suitable for fibers 200 high temperature resistance Excellent shear stability and process safety Strong anion resistance, pH scope 1-12 Especially suitable for absorption process Product Application: Impregnating process: dilute by cold water or warm water under 30, add to finishing bath, adjust the bath pH to 4.5-5.5 by using monoamino-acid(acetic acid, do not use Formic-acid). 1-3% LC (O.W.F) pH 5.0-5.5(adjusted by acetic acid) Temperature 40C Time 20min Drying Under normal conditions< 180 C Padding process: 10-30 g/l LC mangle expression 60-80% Drying Under normal conditions< 180 C Package and Storage 200kgs per plastic drum, The product is sensitive to cold and high temperaturesdo not store below 0or above 40.Otherwise unrecoverable qualitative changes may occur. If the storage temperature is too high or too low, it should be tested before use.
