Key specifications include: heating temperature adjustable continuously from 25~1100°C with 1°C accuracy and ±3°C resolution; glow-wire time range of 0.1-999.9s ±0.1s; ignition time of 0.1-999.9s with auto record and manual pause; flame-out time of 0.1-999.9s (auto record and manual pause); glow wire pressure on test specimen of 1±0.2N; limiting pressure depth of 7mm; glow wire made of 4 nickel (80) and chromium (20) made in specific dimensions; thermocouple of Ø0.5 armored nickel & chromium/nickel-chromium wire, K type; and automatic departure of the test specimen from the glow wire upon reaching the specified glowing time. A compact version (ZRS-3HS) weighing less than 50kg is available for overseas markets, requiring customers to prepare an additional ventilation system.
