The LT-331PUR is a desktop hot melt adhesive automatic dispensing robot that uses a stepper motor and linear guide rail transmission to achieve a motion accuracy of 0.02 mm. It provides an effective travel of X 300 mm × Y 300 mm × Z 100 mm with maximum loads of 8 kg on the X and Y axes and 5 kg on the Z axis, and mobile speeds of 500 mm/s (X/Y) and 200 mm/s (Z).

Programming is performed via a handheld teaching pendant that supports point-to-point and line-to-arc interpolation with difference compensation, allowing the robot to draw lines, circles, arcs and continuous paths for drip or injection dispensing. The integrated dispensing controller delivers stable glue volume, clean cut-off and no leakage, while parameters such as glue quantity, size, thickness, speed, dispensing time and stop-glue time can be set individually. The unit measures 730 × 594 × 608 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 55 kg.
